These terms govern your use of the heldly.|betway fantasy-gaming platform and any associated fixed-odds or free-to-play products.

You must be 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to gamble in your jurisdiction to use any real-money feature. Age verification is required before deposits or withdrawals.

League buy-ins are held in a ring-fenced Betway Wallet, kept separate from players' own balances and from operating funds, until the league approves the final standings under the majority vote rule. The full pot is paid out to the winners. Members do not earn interest on funds held in the pot; any interest earned on ring-fenced balances is retained by heldly and Betway under their joint venture.

Fixed-odds and peer-to-peer side bets are offered at quoted prices. Once a bet is accepted, the stake is committed until the market is settled.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, provide false identity information, or engage in fraudulent or collusive behaviour.

We collect only the personal information necessary to verify your identity, maintain your account, settle transactions and comply with regulatory obligations.

Identity documents and proof of address are processed securely for Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (FICA) purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity-verification providers and regulators where required by law.

You may request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be deleted by contacting support.

The Neutral Commissioner: commissioners create a pot, set a buy-in and invite members. All members must mark their buy-in as paid. The final result is settled only after a 75% member approval vote is reached.

Betting on Fantasy PL: fixed-odds markets are priced on fantasy-specific outcomes such as gameweek averages, captaincy and hauls. Bets are settled against the official Fantasy Premier League data feed.

Peer-to-peer side bets: two players can create a side bet, stake the agreed amount and lock it in escrow until the end of the season. Both players must vote on the winner before the pot is released. A 5% rake is retained for facilitating the escrow.

The Predictor: free-to-play entries are accepted until the advertised deadline. Scoring follows the published Superbru-style system for each sport. Sponsor-backed prizes are awarded according to the pool rules.

In the event of a data dispute, the official league or sports data provider is the final authority for settlement.
